I think these could be a translation for your sentences:

"Pauline age has taken a toll. She seems five years older than her actual age."

"It´s hard to imagine that Allan is younger than Paulo, seeing both together you would think it´s the other way."

And it could be expressed in other ways. But be aware that making the statement that someone is "physically destroyed" would ring as a rather impolite way of expressing that.
