Do you guys ever hear the word "negroes"? Is it really derogatory / offensive? Is it okay within the black community? Would the term "afro American" be the only politically correct way of addressing black people nowadays? Does it sound all right or is it forceful (at least in my ears) like "visually-impaired", "hearing-impaired"? THANKS!!!! |
