Assunto:  To wrap around

To wrap
When you embrace someone, you are wrapping your arms around them.
An anaconda wraps itself around it victim.
Wire can wrap around a horse's legs.
A vine can wrap around a tree.
A wrap can be a coat or shawl (women's clothing).  The idea is that a woman "wraps it around her" to stay warm.

To take hold of
To hold, take into one's hands/arms/lap
To grab, grasp
To control, own, possess, manage

You are right.  So, the lady is asking you to hold her in your arms and take control of her heart.  Lucky you!  Please keep the forum advised.
