I am INTERESTED in learning English = Estou interessado(a) em aprender inglês

English is INTERESTING = Inglês é interessante.

Meg is AN INTERESTING GIRL.

Meg is INTERESTED in Paul.

Paul finds Meg interesting.

Paul is interested in Meg just like she's interested in him.

This activity is BORING = Esta atividade é maçante (voz ativa)

I am BORED [by this activity] = Estou entendiado [por esta atividade] (voz passiva)

Uma dica é que seus alunos aumentem o vocabulário, usando uma lista de referência ou um dicionário.

BORED = ENTEDIADO(A)

BORING = entendiANTE, maçANTE, cansativo

FRUSTRATED = frustrado(a)

FRUSTRATING = frustANTE, frustrador

I felt FRIGHTENED [by the movie] because it was [the movie was] FRIGHTENING.

Se os alunos estão errando nesse aspect é porque o vocabulário deles é pequeno, a maior dica é aumentar o vocabulário.

Os americanos falam bem porque ouvem muito (rádio, TV, filmes, seriados, etc. ) e não porque estudam gramática.
