Sarah, if your short note is representative your english is very good.  Just two tiny corrections:

Thanks Dale. It's hard for those who doesn't don't ("those" is plural) have contact with native speakers to realize if something taught in grammar books are is ("something" is singular) really the way people use . So, in this case ,I'm going to use the negative sentences the way it is taught in English grammar.
