In Portuguese, I would say that "Todas elas, ou todas três são boas opções."   would be more natural, to say the least. "Ambas as três'' with "ambas" and ''três'' in the same sentence looks like a bad romance to me. 

    But, be ready to hear anything from the vendors at the streets or shops around.

    Even ''ambas as duas'' would be a redundancy if you ask me, ''ambas'' denotes that you are talking about two items, persons, things, ideas etc.  But, way more commom and understandable if you hear it from us, Portuguese speakers.

    As for the English language, it´s sounds a rare bird to me (I mean, personally), don´t have seen it much.  Anyway, I won´t be definite about it, I will leave it to the more advanced learners than I am. Or to teachers around.
